QUALITY CONTROL

Asia Pacific Offset is committed to delivering a production of the highest quality always. Our Quality Control Representatives are present for press checks. We have a dedicated team who implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the manufacturing process.

Specifically designed quality control systems are implemented by our full time quality control specialists in China who travel daily between the printing plants where our work is located. They inspect printed sheets every 100 impressions, also inspecting each stage of binding (folding / collating / sewing / covers / trimming).

In addition to press checks, our quality control staff also is responsible for checking on cartons, barcode verification, and details such as shrink-wrapping and palletization.
